1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and choose your payment method to complete the order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders within the UAE.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
4. What are your delivery timeframes?
Our standard delivery estimate is 1–3 business days across the UAE. Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day and shipped with Aramex.
5. Is delivery free?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UAE.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on our Track Your Order page or directly on the Aramex tracking page.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you need to request a return, refund, or replacement, please review our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tazeet.com or WhatsApp +971 52 687 7857. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and guide you through the next steps in line with our refund and replacement policy.
10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. For bulk or business orders, please email support@tazeet.com with the product details and quantities you need.
11. How do I contact customer support?
