2 About TAZEET and Shopify

TAZEET is operated by TAZARA FZ-LLC (TAZARA-FZ-LLC), based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that helps us deliver the Services. However, any purchase you make through the store is made directly with TAZEET, not Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale or purchase between you and TAZEET.

3 Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to another person without our consent.

All prices displayed on this website include 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT). No additional VAT will be charged at checkout. Tax Registration Number: 104276214400003. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information, and you authorize us and our payment partners to process the payment method you provide for the total amount due.

7 Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
