30-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy applies to products purchased directly from tazeet.com and is subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required to process a refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any items back:

Provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the correct local UAE return address and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a confirmed manufacturer defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund where legally permitted. We will communicate any deductions clearly before processing the refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method including the full 5% UAE VAT that was included in the original product price. Refunds are typically completed within 8-12 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
Products damaged due to mishandling or unprofessional installation are not eligible for replacement.

Manufacturer Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace only the defective component (e.g., head unit, power supply) wherever applicable.
