Heavy Duty Metal Platform Hand Trolley – 400KG, 600KG & 1000KG

The TAZEET heavy duty metal platform hand trolley is a foldable push cart built for moving boxes, cartons, stock, tools, machinery parts and bulky household items. A welded metal frame carries the load, four 360° swivel wheels let you steer in tight aisles and doorways, and the push handle folds flat so the trolley stores against a wall or fits in a vehicle between jobs.

Three capacities are available – 400 kg, 600 kg and 1000 kg – each with a different platform size. Select the capacity you need from the variant selector above; capacity, platform size and price update with your choice.

Compare the three sizes

Model Load capacity Platform size (L × W) Platform size (inches) Best suited to
400 KG 400 kg 90 × 60 cm 35.4 × 23.6 in Shops, offices, homes, light stockroom work
600 KG 600 kg 105 × 60 cm 41.3 × 23.6 in Warehouses, workshops, delivery and dispatch areas
1000 KG 1000 kg 120 × 76 cm 47.2 × 29.9 in Industrial sites, heavy machinery parts, pallet-sized loads

Key features

  • Metal frame construction – the platform and chassis are metal, so the trolley handles repeated loading and unloading rather than one-off use.
  • 360° swivel wheels – all four castors rotate, so the cart turns on the spot and manoeuvres through narrow aisles, doorways and lift entrances.
  • Foldable push handle – the handle folds down flat to the platform, reducing the storage footprint and making the trolley easier to load into a van or store upright.
  • Non-slip platform surface – a textured deck helps keep cartons, crates and tools in place while the cart is moving.
  • Three capacity options – 400 kg, 600 kg and 1000 kg, each on a correspondingly sized deck, so you can match the trolley to the loads you actually move.

Where this trolley is used

  • Warehouses and storage facilities – moving cartons, sacks and stock between racking and dispatch
  • Workshops and garages – transporting tools, spare parts and machinery components
  • Retail stores and supermarkets – restocking shelves and moving deliveries from the back room
  • Delivery and logistics areas – loading and unloading vehicles
  • Offices, schools and events – moving furniture, files, equipment and chairs
  • Homes and villas – shifting appliances, water bottles, garden supplies and moving boxes

Choosing the right capacity

Two things decide which model suits you: the weight of your heaviest regular load, and the footprint of the items you carry.

  • Choose the 400 kg model for lighter, everyday handling where space is tight. The 90 × 60 cm deck suits stacked cartons, office equipment and household loads.
  • Choose the 600 kg model when you move stock daily. The extra 15 cm of deck length over the 400 kg version takes longer boxes and taller stacks without overhang.
  • Choose the 1000 kg model for the heaviest and widest loads. At 120 × 76 cm it offers the largest deck of the three, for machinery parts, drums and pallet-sized items.

As a general rule, select a capacity above your heaviest expected load rather than exactly at it, and keep the load centred on the platform.

Safe use and care

  • Keep the total load within the rated capacity of the model you have selected.
  • Distribute weight evenly and centre it over the platform; avoid loading one end only.
  • Push the trolley rather than pulling it, and slow down on ramps, thresholds and uneven ground.
  • Keep the wheels and castor housings clear of dust, packing tape and debris so they continue to swivel freely.
  • Fold the handle down when the trolley is not in use to save space and reduce the risk of knocks.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the three variants?
The capacity and the platform size. The 400 kg model has a 90 × 60 cm deck, the 600 kg model 105 × 60 cm, and the 1000 kg model 120 × 76 cm. All three share the same core design: metal frame, non-slip deck, four swivel wheels and a foldable handle.

Can the handle really fold flat?
Yes. The push handle folds down onto the platform, which lowers the overall height for storage and makes the trolley easier to fit into a vehicle or stand against a wall.

Do all four wheels swivel?
Yes, all four castors are 360° swivel, which is what allows the trolley to turn on the spot. Note that with four swivel wheels the cart is designed for manoeuvrability in confined spaces rather than tracking in a straight line over long distances.

Is it suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
It is intended for flat, firm surfaces such as warehouse floors, tiled shop floors, loading bays and paved yards. Soft ground, sand and stairs are not suitable for a platform trolley of this type.

Which model should I buy for general warehouse work?
The 600 kg model is the middle option and covers most daily stock movement, with a deck long enough for larger cartons. Choose the 1000 kg model if you regularly handle machinery parts, drums or pallet-sized loads.

Does it need assembly or power?
It is a manual push cart, so no power, battery or charging is involved. The folding handle is operated by hand.

What weight should I plan for?
Work from your heaviest regular load, not your average one, and choose a capacity above it. Staying below the rated limit keeps the frame and castors working as intended over the long term.
