How to Use

1. Place food directly in the basket or on a small plate/liner
2. Add 2–3 cm of water to your wok or saucepan and bring to a boil
3. Position the bamboo basket over the water — it should not touch the water
4. Place the lid on top and steam for the required time
5. After use, rinse with warm water and air dry thoroughly before storing

Care Instructions

• Hand wash only with warm water — do not soak or put in a dishwasher
• Air dry completely after each use to prevent mould
